The real-life couple are currently playing opposite each other in the Broadway adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic.

Real-life spouses Reeve Carney and Eva Noblezada are currently playing star-crossed lovers Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan in The Great Gatsby on Broadway, and they're marking the moment with a new music video. See the duo perform "Love Me Like There's No Tomorrow" above.

Carney stepped into the role of Jay Gatsby March 30 opposite Noblezada as Daisy. The newlyweds have a long history of sharing the stage, in the Broadway and London productions of Hadestown as well as the London revival of Cabaret.

Since opening in April 2024, The Great Gatsby has played over 800 performances and sold over a million tickets, welcoming patrons from all 50 states and more than 100 countries. Its success has since gone global; productions have launched in London’s West End and Seoul, South Korea; there is also an ongoing U.S. national tour.

The production also stars Corbin Bleu (High School Musical; Kiss Me, Kate) as Nick Carraway, Linedy Genao as Myrtle Wilson, John Behlmann (Tootsie, Shucked) as Tom Buchanan, Samantha Pauly as Jordan Baker, Charlie Pollock as George Wilson, and Eric Anderson as Meyer Wolfsheim.

The ensemble includes Alexis Hasbrouck, Curtis Holland, Nathaniel Hunt, Traci Elaine Lee, Dariana Mullen, Elena Ricardo, Dan Rosales, Dave Schoonover, Mike Schwitter, Tess Soltau, Preston Taylor, Matt Wiercinski, Kyla Stone, and Damani Van Rensalier. Kurt Csolak, Haley Fish, Morgan Harrison, Justin Keats, Drew Lake, Brandon J. Large, Alicia Lundgren, and Alex Prakken round out the cast as swings.

Based on the classic F. Scott Fitzgerald novel, The Great Gatsby features music and lyrics by Nathan Tysen (Paradise Square) and Jason Howland (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) and a book by Jonathan Larson Grant winner Kait Kerrigan (The Mad Ones). Marc Bruni (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical) directs with choreography by Dominique Kelley (Mariah’s Magical Christmas Special).

Set in the Roaring '20s, the musical follows eccentric millionaire Jay Gatsby, who will stop at nothing in his tragic pursuit of Daisy Buchanan, a wealthy young woman whom he loved in his youth.

The Great Gatsby also has scenic and projection design by Paul Tate de Poo III, costume design by Linda Cho, sound design by Brian Ronan, lighting design by Cory Pattak, and hair and wig design by Charles G. LaPointe and Rachael Geier.

Arrangements are by Jason Howland, orchestrations are by Howland and Kim Scharnberg, the music director is Daniel Edmonds, and the music producer is Grammy winner Billy Jay Stein for Strike Audio.

Casting is by C12 Casting, and the production stage manager is Brian Bogin. Mark Shacket of Foresight Theatrical serves as executive producer.

The new musical won the 2024 Tony Award for Best Costume Design of a Musical.
