T/T/Partners, the theatrical management and producing office under the leadership of Adam Miller and David Turner, has announced several internal promotions.

Longtime team member Brittany Weber, who has been part of the company since 2008, has been promoted to the role of general manager. Weber brings 18 years of management experience to her new position, which will include general managing Operation Mincemeat, as well as a number of upcoming productions. 

Additionally, Jessie Douglas and Garrett Holtz have been promoted to senior associate general managers, and Marty McGuire has been named associate general manager, reinforcing TTP’s commitment to developing talent from within and investing in the next generation of theatrical leadership.

The company also acknowledges that partner Rebecca Habel will depart at the end of the year to become managing director of Roundabout Theatre Company. TTP congratulates Habel on her new role and is grateful for her contributions to the office’s success.

Under the continued leadership of Miller and Turner, TTP continues to evolve from its earlier incarnation, Thompson Turner Productions, which was founded in 2015 by David Turner and late producer Stuart Thompson. TTP remains rooted in this legacy of supporting the creative process with integrity, clarity, and an unwavering respect for artists.

Other Broadway credits include The Hills of California, Illinoise, Merrily We Roll Along (2023-2024 revival), Patriots, The Shark Is Broken, Death of a Salesman (2022 revival), Leopoldstadt, Company (2021-2022 revival), and Mean Girls. Off-Broadway credits include Duke & Roya and Triple Threat, while consulting credits include Together Live at the Minetta Lane Theatre, Lights Out: Nat "King" Cole and Saturday Church at NYTW, the upcoming production of The Baker’s Wife at CSC, and the international productions of The Book of Mormon and Mean Girls.
