Off-Broadway News Six Characters Opens LCT3 World Premiere July 29

Dustin Wills is directing the Phillip Howze play Off-Broadway.

Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 officially opens its world-premiere run of Phillip Howze's Six Characters July 29 after beginning previews July 13 in the Claire Tow Theater Off-Broadway. The limited engagement will continue through August 25. Dustin Wills is directing.

Described as a play about "power, belonging, and the institutions we build," the work follows a group who storm a renowned cultural center and wreak havoc.

The cast features CG, Will Cobbs, Seven F. B. Duncombe, Claudia Logan, Julian Robertson, and Seret Scott.

The production also has scenic design by Wills, costume design by Montana Levi Blanco, lighting design by Masha Tsimring, and sound design by Christopher Darbassie. Victoria Whooper serves as stage manager.
