Shaun Cassidy, seen on Broadway in the London hit Blood Brothers, will make his 54 Below debut June 22-24 with his new solo show, The Magic of a Midnight Sky.

A musical exploration of the actor's life, career, and family, Cassidy will offer a showbiz survival tale, sharing his life as a teen idol as well as affectionate memories of his Tony-winning father Jack Cassidy, his Oscar-winning mother Shirley Jones, and his late brother, David.

Attendees can expect a mix of standards, original songs, and tunes that made Cassidy famous, including "That's Rock n' Roll," "Hey Deanie," "Do You Believe in Magic?,” and “Da Doo Ron Ron."

“Returning to the heart of New York—the theatre district—to perform at 54 Below is a dream come true," says Cassidy. "I spent half my childhood in the city, often watching my parents on Broadway. Before becoming a full-time writer/producer in television, I enjoyed my final performance as an actor at the Music Box in Blood Brothers. This all feels like a full-circle homecoming to me, and I can't wait to share the experience."

Grammy nominee Cassidy appeared in The Hardy Boys Mysteries, while his writing and producing career includes Roar, Cold Case, Cover Me, The Agency, Invasion, and Emerald City. He also penned the TV pilot American Gothic and served as executive producer and writer for the NBC series New Amsterdam.

The evenings are produced by Louis Hobson/Indie Theatrical.
