News See Who’s Joining Melissa Errico in Finian’s Rainbow Irish Repertory Theatre has announced the complete cast for the Off-Broadway revival.

Irish Repertory Theatre has announced the complete cast for its fall revival of Finian’s Rainbow, adapted by artistic director Charlotte Moore and starring Tony nominee Melissa Errico. Following the company’s concert revival, the musical is returning as a mainstage production with direction by Moore.

Performances are set to run October 26-December 18 with an official opening night set for November 6.

Joining Errico as Sharon will be William Bellamy as a Gospeleer, Kimberly Doreen Burns (Grease national tour) as Lilly Mae, Dewey Caddell (This Life) as Senator, Peyton Crim (A Crime to Remember) as Sheriff, Mark Evans (High School Musical) as Og, Matt Gibson (Gypsy) as Buzz Collins, Angela Grovey (Leap of Faith) as Sallyann, Ken Jennings (Sweeney Todd) as Finian, Ramone Owens (Motown the Musical) as a Gospeleer, Kyle Taylor Parker (Kinky Boots) as a Gospeleer, Ryan Silverman (Passion) as Woody and Lyrica Woodruff (Switched at Birth) as Susan the Silent.

The story follows the adventures of an Irishman and his daughter who hope to strike it rich in America using a pot of gold stolen from a leprechaun. Finian’s Rainbow features music by Burton Lane, a book by E.Y. Harburg and Fred Saidy and lyrics by Harburg.

Directed by Moore and choreographed by Barry McNabb, the staging will feature scenic design by James Morgan (Cagney), costume design by David Toser (Natural Affection) and lighting design by Mary Jo Dondlinger (New Girl in Town at Irish Rep). John Bell (Fiddler on the Roof) will serve as music supervisor, with Stephen Gabis (Heisenberg) as dialect coach.
