No Hard Feelings, a coming-of-age sex comedy starring Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence and Broadway alum Andrew Barth Feldman, dropped its first trailer March 9, and it's a doozy. The film hits movie theatres June 23.
The film centers on Maddie, a down on her luck Uber driver who answers a Craigslist ad placed by helicopter parents Allison (Laura Benanti) and Laird (Matthew Broderick) in hopes of earning a new car. The catch? She has to date their shut-in son Percy (Feldman) the summer before he goes to college. A series of increasingly ridiculous hijinks ensue, with Percy learning to enter the world and Maddie learning to take responsibility.
Directed by Gene Stupnitsky and featuring a screenplay by Stupnitsky and John Phillips, the film will be distributed by Sony Pictures, and is produced by Columbia Pictures, Excellent Cadaver, and Lawrence.
