Performer and photographer Roberto Araujo remounted his autobiographical musical solo show Do You Dream in Spanish? at The Green Room 42 on March 15. A story of identity, racism, family, and belonging, the show weaves Araujo’s own photography with the songs of Frank Loesser, Steven Lutvak, and George Gershwin, along with original music by Araujo and Michael Perrie, Jr.
Do You Dream in Spanish? takes audiences through Araujo’s immigrant journey from Mexico City to New York. Logan Culwell-Block was the show's musical director.
