The Center at West Park, the nonprofit arts and community hub on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, will present a one-night-only staged reading of All the President’s Men August 25 at 7 PM at Guild Hall in East Hampton.

Bringing to life William Goldman’s Academy Award-winning screenplay will be Oscar winner Robert Downey Jr. (Oppenheimer, Chaplin, McNeal), Oscar winner Kenneth Lonergan (Manchester by the Sea, The Waverly Gallery), Oscar winner Julianne Moore (Still Alice, Far From Home, The Vertical Hour), Mark Ruffalo (Poor Things, The Kids Are All Right, Awake and Sing!), J. Smith-Cameron (Succession, Our Country's Good, As Bees in Honey Drown), and comic-actor Ramy Youssef (Ramy, Mr. Robot).

Tony winner John Benjamin Hickey (The Normal Heart, The Inheritance) will direct the benefit evening with additional casting to be announced.

The 1976 film All the President’s Men follows Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein as they investigate the Watergate scandal that ultimately led to President Richard Nixon’s resignation. Alan J. Pakula directed a cast led by Dustin Hoffman and Robert Redford. The motion picture won four Academy Awards, including one for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Jason Robards.

The upcoming performance is dedicated to the memory of director Mark Brokawwho passed away last month, for his contributions to theatre and his efforts to grow The Center at West Park and save the landmark West Park Presbyterian Church.

Tickets range $1,000-$10,000 and can be purchased at CenteratWestPark.org/CWPHamptons beginning July 23. Tickets $5,000 and higher include an invitation to a post-performance garden reception at Guild Hall with cast members and the creative team.

All contributions raised at the event will support the growth of CWP and saving the landmark West Park Presbyterian Church.
