Liz Kingsman's 2023 Olivier-nominated comedy work One Woman Show opened its U.S. premiere June 20 at Off-Broadway's Greenwich House Theater, and the reviews are rolling in. The work began previews June 14 for a limited engagement through August 11.
Kingsman is making her New York stage debut in her new work, which is vaguely described in press notes as a "bold, irreverent, raw, moving, and triumphant celebration of adjectives."
The social satire features direction by the late Adam Brace, who passed away last month, and lighting design by Daniel Carter-Brennan. Joining the creative team for the Off-Broadway production are scenic designer Chloe Lamford, sound designer Max Perryment, and choreographer Joshua Lay.
