Diana officially opened at La Jolla Playhouse March 3, with Jeanna de Waal in the title role as the late Princess of Wales.
Written by Joe DiPietro and David Bryan (the creative team behind Memphis), Diana takes a look at the life of the People’s Princess during her marriage to Prince Charles and their eventual separation.

In addition to de Waal as Princess Diana, the production stars Roe Hartrampf (Off-Broadway’s Bad Guys) as Prince Charles, Erin Davie (Side Show) as Camilla Parker Bowles, and Tony winner Judy Kaye (The Phantom of the Opera) as Queen Elizabeth.
