For the first time, a Broadway panel will be held at the New York Comedy Festival.
A selection of Broadway’s funniest writers, actors, and composers will come together November 16 for the panel Punchline and Power Ballads: Broadway's Funniest Artists. Held at the Broadway Comedy Club, the New York Comedy Festival is the United States' largest and longest-running annual comedy festival.
The panel will be hosted by Tony Award nominee Rachel Dratch (POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, Saturday Night Live) with panelists from Operation Mincemeat (Natasha Hodgson), The Book of Mormon (Cody Jamison Strand), Gutenberg! The Musical, Beetlejuice The Musical (Anthony King and Scott Brown), Titanique (Lea Delaria), and The Play That Goes Wrong (Henry Shields).
The panel will be held at 6:30 PM. Tickets are priced at $25, with proceeds going to Broadway Cares. Tickets can be purchased here.
