Producers Jacob Stuckelman and Andrew Patino have launched a new creative studio, Regular People. The pair are hoping to make the endeavor a one-stop-shop for producing, marketing, and general management, while being artist-first and audience-focused.
Stuckelman and Patino have already begun their work together, including the recent sold-out run of Bubba Weiler's Well, I'll Let You Go and two-time Drama Desk–winning Danger and Opportunity, both directed by Jack Serio. On the development slate, projects include a U.S. premiere for the West End's Blackout Songs, a stage version of Lore Segal's memoir Other People's Houses (being adapted by Emily Feldman and directed by Tony winner Daniel Aukin), and the new Joey Contreras musical In Pieces.
“We’re witnessing a continued renaissance in bold, unconventional producing models across live entertainment,” say Stuckelman and Patino in a joint statement. “Audiences want more than just seeing a show—they want to be a part of them. By bringing producing, general management, and marketing together under one roof, we’re able to offer more strategic, cohesive support to artists, while fostering deeper and more lasting connections to audiences throughout a production’s lifecycle. Regular People is committed to thoughtfully building and responding to the genuine desires of audiences and artists.”
The firm is also working with shows from outside producers, including Heathers and Julio Torres' Color Theories, both Off-Broadway; and Samuel D. Hunter's Clarkston in London's West End.
Stuckelman's solo producing credits include 2025 Tony winner Maybe Happy Ending and the Tony-winning 2023 revivals of Merrily We Roll Along and Parade, while Patino's include last season's Broadway revival of The Last Five Years.
The pair has assembled a team that also includes Head of Business Strategy Kyle Rogers, Creative Producer Matt Krauss, Head of Design Gwen Mileti, Account Manager Mae Archacki, and Marketing and Producing Assistant Ashley Lajoie.
