Matt Cowart will direct Kiki Baby which plays July 15-21 at the Waterford, Connecticut venue's Rose Barn Theater. Broadway director Robert Longbottom (Side Show, The Scarlet Pimpernel) will stage the other upcoming OTC project, Triangle, July 22-29 on the same stage.
The musical writer-composer teams of the two musicals (from more than 100 submissions) selected work for two weeks, developing their respective works with actors, directors and dramaturgs, before they are presented in readings.

The work — about "a four-and-a-half-year-old child prodigy [who] becomes the breadwinner for her destitute family and greedy neighbors, resulting in hilarious yet scathing results" — features a book by Lonny Price, music by Grant Sturiale and lyrics by Ellen Fitzhugh. Stan Tucker serves as music director
Next up, Colin Hanlon, Stephen Bienskie, Heather Ayers, Jodie Langel, Wayne Wilcox, Megan McGinnis, Alicia Irving and David Brummel will appear in Triangle. Featuring a book by Joshua V.
