A new, majority BIPOC murder mystery immersive experience is coming to Brooklyn with the aim of showing audiences that BIPOC theatre can go well beyond the stories of trauma and tragedy that sometimes become the trend. Performances begin June 9 ahead of a June 17 opening night at an unnamed venue.
Titled The Art of Killin' It, the comedic spin on a whodunnit invites audience members into Hardigan Manor for the most exclusive album release party of the year. There's only one problem—an infamous influencer turns up dead, and no one can leave until the murderer is found.
Multiple ticket levels will provide exclusive experiences to audience members. Ticketbuyers will have the choice between Party Guest, which includes general entry to the event; Influencer VIP, which includes early access to the manor's rooms and a discounted drink; and Record Label VIP, which adds a private meet and greet with a character for a clue to the Influencer VIP-level offerings.
