Kyle Dean Massey, the actor who replaced major roles in Broadway’s Next to Normal (Gabe), Xanadu (Thalia), Wicked (Fiyero), and the title role in Pippin, and who played the openly gay country music songwriter Kevin Bicks on the ABC series Nashville, is returning to Feinstein’s/54 Below for a return engagement of his hit January 2016 nightclub show.
He is scheduled to appear 9:30 PM September 20 and 22 to sing “songs he heard nightly but never sang himself, the ones he played on guitar or belted in the shower, the ones that made him dance or mended his broken heart... … all songs he was not able to share the way he wanted until now.”
