This is Our Youth’s Michael Cera, who will return to Broadway this spring in Kenneth Lonergan's Lobby Hero, has joined the cast of Sebastian Lelio’s re-imagining of his 2013 film Gloria, Deadline reports.
Other Broadway alums in the cast of Gloria include Holland Taylor (The Front Page), John Turturro (Life X 3), Jeanne Tripplehorn (The Three Sisters), Everybody Loves Raymond's Brad Garrett, and Oscar winner Julianne Moore, who will star.
The 2013 Chilean-Spanish drama followed a woman in her 50s navigating a new romance. The film won numerous accolades on the international film festival circuit.
Moore will play the title role, played by Paulina García in the original film.
Lobby Hero, which will also star Chris Evans, Bel Powley, and Brian Tyree Henry, is set to begin performances March 1, 2018, at the Helen Hayes Theatre, where it will open March 26.
