Roundabout Theatre Company presents Meghan Kennedy’s Napoli, Brooklyn, a play commissioned by the theatre that will be directed by Gordon Edelstein. Performances will begin June 9 ahead of a June 27 opening night.
Jordyn DiNatale, Lilli Kay, and Elise Kibler star as the three Muscolino sisters at the heart of the play, set in Park Slope during the 1960s. “As the girls come of age in a rapidly changing world, their paths diverge—in drastic and devastating ways—from their parents’ deeply traditional values,” read production notes. “Despite their fierce love, each young woman harbors a secret longing that, if revealed, could tear the family apart.”
