A filmed Audra McDonald concert is coming to U.K.-based theatrical streamer National Theatre at Home. Filmed in 2022 at London's Palladium, Audra McDonald: I Am What I Am will stream beginning April 28.

The concert aired on PBS in 2024, but this new stream will debut an entire song not included in the original broadcast: "Rose's Turn," the climactic finale of Arthur Laurents, Stephen Sondheim, and Jule Styne's Gypsy. McDonald got another turn at the iconic song and the entire role on Broadway in 2025, starring as Rose in a revival of the 1959 musical that re-opened the Majestic Theatre and earned McDonald a historic 11th Tony nomination.

When this concert originally aired on PBS, it was just about a week before the official confirmation that the Gypsy revival starring McDonald was indeed real and Broadway-bound, the timing of which no doubt played a role in this particular song being left out of the initial broadcast.

The performance sees the six-time Tony winner performing a repertoire of classic showtunes, including “I Am What I Am,” “Summertime,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” and more. Musical director Andy Einhorn leads the 40-piece London Musical Theatre Orchestra.

NT at Home is also adding three other titles to its streaming library. David Eldridge's End, starring Clive Owen and Saskia Reeves, streams beginning March 24. Kendall Feaver's stage adaptation of Noel Streatfeild's novel Ballet Shoes streams beginning March 31. The service will also add the recent West End revival of Mrs. Warren's Profession—starring five-time Olivier winner Imelda Staunton opposite her daughter, Bridgerton's Bessie Carter—beginning April 14.
