Who's sorry now? Broadway's Just in Time will welcome Isa Briones (The Pitt, Hadestown) as Connie Francis beginning April 1.
Briones will take over the role from current star Sarah Hyland, who will play her final performance as Francis March 29. This will mark Briones' second Broadway outing, following her debut as Eurydice in Hadestown in 2024. On screen, she stars as Dr. Trinity Santos in the award-winning medical drama The Pitt.
As previously announced, the musical will welcome Matthew Morrison as Darin for a limited run beginning April 1, and Jeremy Jordan in the role beginning April 21. Also beginning April 1, Tony winner Debbie Gravitte will succeed Tony winner Michele Pawk as Polly. Carrie St. Louis will succeed Sadie Dickerson as Sandra Dee beginning April 21. Pawk's final performance will be March 29, and Dickerson's final bow will be April 19.
Just in Time opened on Broadway at the Circle in the Square Theatre April 26, 2025. Tony winner Alex Timbers is at the helm of the immersive staging. The show tracks Darin's life story and sees the lead performer (currently Tony winner Jonathan Groff) performing the crooner's greatest hits, including "Beyond the Sea," "Splish Splash," and "Mack the Knife."
