The new song will be featured on Groban's upcoming compilation album, Hidden Gems.

Tony and Grammy nominee Josh Groban will release a new compilation album entitled Hidden Gems November 14 via Reprise Records. 

Prior to the official release, the Broadway favorite has dropped a new song featured on the recording, "The Constant," which he wrote with Tony winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman, La La Land). Watch the lyric video for the new tune, which is also available on streaming platforms, above.

Groban says in a statement, "Hidden Gems is a giant thank you to my fans for keeping these songs in their hearts my whole career. While each of their releases were limited, these tracks were never any less meaningful for me or for them. I’m also so excited to release a brand new song called 'The Constant' that I wrote with Pasek and Paul that truly represents how grateful I am to have this music, and my listeners, every single day. We are the constant!”

Groban was most recently on Broadway in the title role of Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd in 2013. He made his Broadway debut in Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812He was Tony nominated for both productions.
