Held November 10 at Cipriani 25 Broadway, the funds raised from the one-night-only evening will support Second Stage Theater's artistic programs for the following year.

This year's gala will be directed by Susan Stroman, with music direction by Andrew Resnick, and hosted by Andrew Rannells. Performers will include Wendi Bergamini, Stephanie J. Block, Christian Borle, E. Clayton Cornelious, Harry Hadden-Paton, Megan Kane, Debra Monk, Donna Murphy, Brad Oscar, Robert Sella, and Tony Yazbeck. The evening will also feature appearances from Ina Garten, Kathryn Grody, and Mandy Patinkin.

Lapine is a Pulitzer-winning stage director, playwright, screenwriter, and librettist. He has been nominated 12 times for the Tony Award, and won for Into the Woods, Falsettos, and Passion. He and Stephen Sondheim received the Pulitzer Prize for their musical Sunday in the Park with George, and his book about its creation, Putting it Together, was on the New York Times Best Seller list. Lapine previously directed Second Stage's productions of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Little Miss Sunshine.

Melissa Fleming serves on the board of directors of the Bedford Playhouse, the Mustique Charitable Foundation, and the Worldwide Fistula Fund. Gregory is the chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of Rockefeller Capital Management. Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors at BlackRock and is a member of the trustee advisory board at Millennium Management, LLC.

The gala begins at 6:30 PM with cocktails, followed by dinner, a live auction, and the performance program. For more information, please contact Brianna Sauvage at [email protected].
