The Dramatists Guild of America held their fourth National Conference July 26—29 in New York at the Hilton Midtown. The professional association for playwrights, composers, lyricists, and librettists, brought together writers from all over the county for a series of networking and professional development events.
Panels and workshops featured artists such as Stephen Schwartz (Wicked), Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Frozen), Charlayne Woodard (Pretty Fire), Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, and Benjamin Scheuer and Alan Schmuckler.
