Tony-nominated Groundhog Day, the new musical from Tim Minchin and Danny Rubin, celebrated 100 performances June 12 at the August Wilson Theatre.

The Matthew Warchus-helmed production stars two-time Tony Award nominee Andy Karl and officially opened April 17. The show received seven nominations for this year's Tony Awards: Best Musical, Best Performance by an Actor, Best Direction, Best Book, Best Original Score, Best Choreography, and Best Scenic Design.

Groundhog Day Celebrates 100 Performances on Broadway

The production premiered last year at London's Old Vic. The musical’s Broadway bow is produced by Whistle Pig, Columbia Live Stage, and the Dodgers.
