Ruth Stage presents a limited engagement of Edward Albee's At Home at the Zoo beginning January 15 and continuing through January 17 at the Jersey Shore Arts Center in Ocean Grove. Check out photos from the production in the gallery below.
Granted permission from the prolific playwright's estate, the New Jersey company is presenting two of Albee's one acts: Homelife and The Zoo Story. The cast includes three-time Emmy winner Christian Jules LeBlanc (The Young and the Restless), Nancy Lemenager (Chicago, Never Gonna Dance), and Matt de Rogatis (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof).
Theo Devaney directs the "visceral, psychologically-charged experience as domestic intimacy collides with feral desperation—culminating in the park bench encounter that changed American theatre forever," per press notes.
