Quick: get a toothpick, rubber band, and four slices of American cheese and defuse that bomb in the next 30 seconds, because we've got a first listen to a track from the upcoming world premiere cast album of MacGyver: The Musical, and it's not going to listen to itself. The full album releases January 27.

Along with Louderman, the album will feature performances by Brandon Victor Dixon; Tristin Mays, the star of the MacGyver television reboot; and R.J. Christian.
MacGyver: The Musical, which premiered in 2022 in Texas, is produced by creator of the original television series, Lee Zlotoff, who also co-wrote the book of the musical with Kate Chavez, Robin Holloway, and Lindsey Hope Pearlman. Music and lyrics are by Peter Lurye. The album features music production by Tony and Emmy winner Michael J. Moritz.
