Frank Wildhorn's Bonnie & Clyde The Musical, which played a limited engagement at London's Arts Theatre April-July, will return to the West End next year. Performances will begin March 4, 2023, for an 11-week season at The Garrick Theatre.
Olivier nominee Frances Mayli McCann (Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour, Heathers) and Jordan Luke Gage (& Juliet, Bat Out of Hell) starred in the title roles of the West End premiere. Casting for the return engagement will be announced at a later date.
The production is directed by Nick Winston with arrangements and orchestrations by John McDaniel, set and costume design by Philip Witcomb, musical supervision from Katy Richardson, lighting design by Zoe Spurr, sound design by Tom Marshall, video design by Nina Dunn, and casting by Jim Arnold.
With music by Tony nominee Wildhorn (Wonderland, Jekyll & Hyde, The Civil War, The Scarlet Pimpernel), lyrics by Tony winner Don Black (Sunset Boulevard), and a book by Ivan Menchell (The Cemetery Club), Bonnie & Clyde played Broadway's Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre November 4-December 30, 2011, directed by Tony nominee Jeff Calhoun. Center stage as the title characters were Tony nominees Jeremy Jordan and Laura Osnes.
