Each batch of tickets released to J.K. Rowling, John Tiffany and Jack Thorne's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two have sold out the moment they have gone on sale. The latest release has been no exception: an extra 250,000 seats that went on sale August 4 saw fans joining an online queue that stretched to hundreds of thousands, meaning that not all those who joined it were able to have their orders fulfilled.
In a tweet released in the early hours of Friday morning London time, it was stated, “The 250,000 tickets which were released yesterday have now sold out but returned and other late-release tickets will become available daily.”
