Joyce debuted her cabaret act in June; following her evening at Don't Tell Mama, the singing actress will bring her show to the Empire Plush Room in San Francisco. She will play the West Coast venue Oct. 22-24. Musical director Emily Olin will be featured on piano for the 9 PM New York performance with Yanko Valdes on bass.

Second Time Around, co-written with Joyce's husband Neil Simon, is described in this manner: "In a sense, a small Broadway show; in reality, a trip through the ins and outs of a woman's best days, not so best days, but always days that keep us asking for more." Cabaretgoers can expect to hear such tunes as "Money, Money, Money," "A Sunday Kind of Love," "Funny Girl," "In Your Eyes," and "Second Time Around."

Elaine Joyce starred in the title role of the Broadway musical Sugar, earning a Theatre World Award for her Main Stem debut. After relocating to the West Coast, she made numerous television appearances, including stints on "Magnum, P.I.," "Hart to Hart," "Hotel," "Murder, She Wrote," "Who's the Boss?," "Fantasy Island" and "Beverly Hills, 90210." The actress' other theatrical credits include productions of Sugar Babies; No, No, Nanette; Mack and Mabel; Damn Yankees; Sweet Charity; South Pacific; and Promises, Promises.

There is a $10 cover charge and a two-drink minimum. Call (212) 757-0788 for reservations. Don't Tell Mama is located in Manhattan at 343 West 46th Street.
