The Dramatists Guild will hold a free, two-day development workshop for students interested in writing for the theatre. Titled "Artist as CEO: A Free Development Intensive," the program will be held October 7-8.
Participants will join students from across the country along with industry leaders to talk about advocating for their artistry and managing expectations within professional relationships.
The program is open to anyone currently engaging with playwriting in a higher education program. Those interested can register for the full weekend or either day individually. Guild membership is not required for attendance.
