The world premiere of Camilo Almonacid's Hotel Happy is underway at 122CC's 2nd Floor Theater Off-Broadway, where the show will celebrate opening night February 18. The Houses on the Moon Theater Company production began performances February 14 and will continue through March 3. Get a first look at the new play with production shots below.
The work is set at a "high-end erotic resort" in Bogotá, Colombia, where three sex workers are hiding a donkey from three American mercenaries on a special mission.
The cast features Annelise Cepero as Candela, Michael Frederic as Ron, Yadira Guevara Prip as Lulu, Ed Herbstman as John, Eddie McGee as Bob, Isabella Orrego as Sofi, and Lidia Porto as Madame Carlotta.
