The Commercial Theater Institute, in partnership with The Broadway League and TDF, will offer its 2025 3-Day Intensive November 7-9 at Studio Seaview.
Designed for theatre professionals seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers in commercial theatre producing, the intensive will cover the following topics: The Commercial Theatre Landscape, The Language of Development and Production, Budgets and Contracts, Vocab Session: Co-Producers and Investors, Commercial Off Broadway, Building a Co-Producer Team, Getting The Money Together, Marketing Broadway Shows Today, and Marketing Case Study.
The sessions will feature preeminent producers and managers, offering an unfiltered view of the strategy, business, and art behind Broadway and beyond.
“This syllabus reflects CTI’s mission to provide tools and education to the next generation of theatre producers,” said Sue Frost, who co-leads CTI alongside Victoria Bailey, in a statement. “We are confident that participants will come away with insight into the industry and make meaningful connections with like minded professionals.”
