The Andrew Lloyd Webber musical continues at His Majesty's Theatre.

The West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera welcomed several new cast members to His Majesty’s Theatre this past summer.

Adam Rhys-Charles, whose theatrical credits include From Here to Eternity, Follies, and Mrs. Henderson Presents, stepped into the role of Raoul, while Bradyn Debysingh, who has performed at the Samford Theatre, Garsington Opera, and Chicago Opera Theater, made his West End debut as Ubaldo Piangi. Also joining the company July 28: Michael Baxter, Polly Clarke, Ashley Gilmour, Matt Hayden, Verity Marlow, Inguna Morozova, Skye November, Taylor Pardell, and Rachel Spurrell.

Casting Complete for New The Phantom of the Opera North American Tour

Continuing in the award-winning musical are Dean Chisnall as The Phantom, Lily Kerhoas as Christine Daaé, Joanna Ampil as Carlotta Giudicelli, Adam Linstead as Monsieur André, Martin Ball as Monsieur Firmin, Helen Hobson as Madame Giry, and Millie Lyon as Meg Giry. At certain performances the role of Christine will be played by Colleen Rose Curran.

The cast is completed by George Arvidson, Embla Bishop, David Burilin, Leonard Cook, Hywel Dowsell, Connor Ewing, Florence Fowler, James Gant, Emily George, Melanie Gowie, Molly Hall, Eilish Harmon-Beglan, Will Hawksworth, Nicholas Hepher, Mandy Kwan, Tim Morgan, Johnny Randall, Zoë Soleil Vallée, Jasmine Wallis, and Victoria Ward.

The Phantom of the Opera has music by Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart, additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe, and a book by Stilgoe and Lloyd Webber, based on the novel Le Fantôme de l’Opera by Gaston Leroux.

The musical also has orchestrations by David Cullen and Lloyd Webber, music supervision by Simon Lee, production design by Maria Björnson, set design adapted by Matt Kinley with associate costume design by Jill Parker, lighting by Andrew Bridge, associate lighting design by Warren Letton, and sound by Mick Potter. The musical staging and choreography are by Gillian Lynne, recreated and adapted by Chrissie Cartwright. Originally directed by Harold Prince, this production is directed by Seth Sklar-Heyn.
