Directed by Carl Andress, the evening features the talents of Wicked star Lindsay Mendez, Lucas Steele, Tony Yazbeck, Tony nominee Liz Callaway, Robert Creighton, Tony winner Cady Huffman and Rashidra Scott. Doors open at 5:30 PM with curtain time at 7 PM.
The concert has musical direction by Christopher McGovern, musical supervision and arrangements by Ed Windels and a script by Halston and D. Michael Dvorchak. Trisha Henson is stage manager, and Sue Frost is co-producer.
Halston is a spokeswoman and activist for pulmonary fibrosis, along with her husband, former Sirius XM news anchor for "The Howard Stern Show," Ralph Howard, who was diagnosed with the disease in 2008. Over the past three years the concerts have raised over $150,000 for PFF.
All funds go toward The Michael Kuchwara Fund for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Research, Education, and Advocacy in honor of the late Associated Press theatre critic and reporter.
