NYC artistic incubator Ars Nova will honor Las Cultaristas hosts Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang at its 2026 Nova Ball, set for March 9 at City Winery in Manhattan.

The honor will see the pop culture mavens returning to one of their earliest artistic homes; both Rogers and Yang are Ars Nova alum. Yang went on to star on seven seasons of NBC's SNL, a tenure that ended just last month; along with playing friend-of-Glinda Pfannee in Wicked and Wicked: For Good on screen. Rogers has appeared on screen with Yang in Fire Island, and has also starred in No Good Deed and I Love That For You. Their podcast, Las Cultaristas, is among the genre's most popular, earning the title of Podcast of the Year at the iHeart Radio Podcast Awards in 2023 and 2025.

The Nova Ball will begin with a cocktail party followed by dinner and a performance and live auction. Proceeds from the event will support the company's new work development program and world premiere productions as it enters its third decade.
