MCC Theater hosts the 2024 edition of its annual benefit concert Miscast April 15 at Hammerstein Ballroom. An industry favorite, the concert features Broadway stars performing songs from roles in which they might not be traditionally cast. This year's concert is being held in honor of MCC Youth Company alum Nicole Suazo and Jason Robert Brown, whose new musical The Connector recently made its world premiere via the Off-Broadway company.
On hand to perform will be Nicholas Christopher, Gavin Creel, Amber Iman, Brian d'Arcy James, Mykal Kilgore, Tamika Lawrence, Ingrid Michaelson, Jinkx Monsoon, Lauren Patten, Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer, Lea Salonga, Ryan Vasquez, Vanessa Williams, and Joy Woods. Will Van Dyke is music directing.
