The New York premiere of A Parallelogram opens August 2 at Second Stage Theatre Off-Broadway with a cast led by Tony nominees Celia Keenan-Bolger and Stephen Kunken. Bruce Norris’ dark comedy examines the things we can and can't control in life.
Dear Evan Hansen and War Paint director Michael Greif directs the production at the Tony Kiser Theater. Performances began July 11.
Rounding out the cast are Juan Castano and Anita Gillette.
Keenan-Bolger plays Bee, a woman who can click through different moments in her life with the touch of a remote control. “Past, present and future collide in this sharp existential comedy that questions whether we can make peace with those things we don’t have the power to change,” read production notes from 2ST.
