Actor-writer-producer John Leguizamo, who is set to receive a Special Tony Award this year, will appear alongside Oscar winner Helen Hunt and Ana de Armas in the Tye Sheridan-led The Night Clerk, according to Deadline.
Written and directed by Michael Cristofer, the film follows a hotel night clerk on the Autism spectrum (Sheridan) who becomes a suspect in a murder investigation when a woman is killed during his shift. But Bart must find and stop the real murderer before someone else falls victim.

Leguizamo most recently appeared on Broadway in his solo show Latin History for Morons. The work has been nominated for a 2018 Tony Award for Best Play. Leguizamo himself will receive a 2018 Special Tony Award. The actor won a 1999 Emmy Award for Freak (which marked his Broadway debut) when it was released for HBO.
The film is produced by Sheridan, David Wulf of WulfPak Productions, and Highland Film Group and executive producers Santosh Govindaraju, Dan Reardon, and Robbie Brenner.
