From the creators of the Tony-winning One Man, Two Guvnors comes Young Marx, a new comedy about Karl Marx.
Rory Kinnear stars as the titular character in the production from London’s National Theatre. Young Marx was written by Richard Bean and Clive Coleman.
The production will be broadcast live from The Bridge Theatre December 7 with encore screenings in select cinemas.
Directed by Nicholas Hytner, a Tony nominee for One Man, Two Guvnors, the play is set in 1850 when Europe’s most feared terrorist was hiding in Soho, London. Acclaimed by critics, the cast also features Nicholas Burns, Nancy Carroll, Oliver Chris, Laura Elphinstone, Eben Figueiredo, Tony Jayawardena, Scott Karim, Alan Ramsey, Sophie Russell, Fode Simbo, William Troughton, Joseph Wilkins, Duncan Wisbey, Miltos Yerolemou, Logan Clark, Rupert Turnbull, Joseph Walker, Dixie Egerickx, and Matialda Shapland.
The show runs through December 31, 2017.
