Swipe Right/Swipe Left: A Humiliating and Empowering Return to Dating (with Tessa and Hannah), an evening dedicated to dating in the age of Tinder, is held April 6 at Feinstein’s/54 Below.
At the 9:30 PM concert, Hannah Kloepfer and Tessa Hope Slovis are joined by guest artists Alex Cooper, Michael Gioia (The Secret Garden) and Taylor Louderman (Bring It On, Peter Pan Live!).
According to Feinstein’s/54 Below, “In this highly theatrical, heart-on-its-sleeve cabaret, Hannah and Tessa dive back into the contemporary dating world, determined to maintain their self-respect and sex-positive attitudes (and even more determined to find new Netflix passwords). Featuring Golden Age Broadway tunes updated for 2016 and powerhouse arrangements of songs by talented women, including Patti Smith, Lauren Pritchard, Jeanine Tesori, the Dixie Chicks, and more!”
Music direction is by Nat Zegree with direction by Alex Hare.
Feinstein’s/54 Below is located at 254 West 54th Street. There is a $25-$35 cover charge plus a $25 food and beverage minimum. For more information and tickets, visit www.54Below.com. Tickets on the day of performance after 4 PM are only available by calling (646) 476-3551.
