Off-Broadway's New York Theatre Workshop, home of the world premiere of Rent in 1996, will host a viewing party of Fox's upcoming live broadcast of the celebrated Jonathan Larson musical. The party will be hosted by original Mimi, Daphne Rubin-Vega, and held at Parkside Lounge on January 27, 2019.

Rent: Live will feature Kiersey Clemons (Hearts Beat Loud) as Joanne, Brandon Victor Dixon (Hamilton, Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert) as Tom Collins, Jordan Fisher (Hamilton) as Mark, and Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical, Gigi, Grease: Live) as Maureen, with Brennin Hunt (Nashville) as Roger, Mario (Empire) as Benjamin, recording artist Tinashe (Dancing With the Stars) as Mimi, and Valentina (RuPaul's Drag Race) as Angel. Tony nominee Keala Settle will also be part of the production, singing the solo from "Seasons of Love."
