Patti Issues will play November 19 at 9 PM and December 19 at 7 PM. Bad with Money will be offered November 19 at 11 PM and December 19 at 9 PM. Both shows are written and performed by Rimalower and directed by Aaron Mark.
Patti Issues is “based around Ben's obsession with Broadway diva Patti LuPone and his relationship with his troubled gay father,” according to press notes.
Bad with Money is “based around Rimalower’s journey through drug addiction, prostitution, fraud and multiple betrayals. It's a real self-portrait of an addict casting light on the last societal taboo.”
The Duplex is located at 61 Christopher Street at Seventh Ave, New York. Tickets to each are $25 (with $37.50 double-bill tickets available) and can be purchased at BenRimalower.com. There is a two-drink minimum per person. Attendees must be at least 21 years old.
