You may have heard about Georgia Shakespeare through out highly successful program, Shake At The Lake, which takes place each Spring in Piedmont Park. Or you may remember the days when Georgia Shakespeare performed on the lawn at Oglethorpe University under a tent. Either way, the Conant Performing Arts Center is a unique experience. It retains the charm of the old picnic days and of Piedmont Park by allowing patrons a furnished outdoor experience prior to each performance.
