SYNOPSIS: Musical based on Studs Terkel's Pulitzer-winning book about the secret (and not so secret) hopes, dreams, fantasies and sorrows of working people from all walks of life. The show sweeps around the workday, introducing us to waitresses, bricklayers, firemen, fieldworkers etc. Score includes "Millwork," "Just a Housewife," "I Hear America Singing," "Joe's Song" and "It's an Art.
