We’re seeking polished Guest Services professionals to staff the entrance, lobby, and elevators for an exciting new attraction opening this month in Times Square!

In this role, you will greet ticketed attraction guests and help them find their ways to their destination. If you love working with visitors and make a great first impression, we want to speak with you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet, direct, and engage with all guests entering the venue to provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain superior knowledge of the attraction and all its products and experiences

• Assist with ticketing queue line control

• Staff guest elevators

• Empathize and follow-up with guests regarding any concerns or questions that they may raise during their visit

• Support company objectives for establishing a top tier attraction and retail business in NYC

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a HS Diploma/equivalent, Associates Degree preferred

• Prior experience working in a high-volume customer-facing role

• Seeking to work a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week

• Stellar customer service skills, with natural ease for making conversation with guests

• A polished and professional presentation and demeanor that makes a great first impression for our guests.

• Excellent verbal communication in English. Conversational fluency in a language other than English is a major plus

• Reasonable, reliable commute to Times Square for shifts starting as early as 9am, ending as late as midnight

• Physical Requirements – This position involves extended periods of standing and regularly use of 1-2 flights of stairs. This posts for this position include both indoor and outdoor setting .

Pay rate $18.00 per hour
