DESCRIPTION

Principal duties and responsibilities:

· Program in timeline or cue-based software alongside the video/projections designer.

· Ensure timely completion of the programming of the show to ensure plenty of time for edits and changes.

· Assist in any consultation regarding system layout and on-site troubleshooting of that system.

· Minimal creation of content as assigned by the video/projections designer or the production manager.

Qualifications and skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Theatre or related field / equivalent experience is preferred.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical theatre is preferred.

· Familiarity with Windows and Mac-based operating systems.

· Ability to work with basic image and video creation software.

· Watchout and QLab proficiency.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills.

Job Details:

· Strong organizational skills.

· This work is performed under a collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local.

· The Video Projections Programmer does not have a set schedule, and may be required to work evenings and weekends
