Vanguard Theater in Montclair, NJ is casting What the Constitution Means to Me.
What the Constitution Means to Me is a witty, heartfelt play where Heidi Schreck revisits her teenage self, a debate champion, to explore how the U.S. Constitution shaped her life and four generations of women in her family, blending personal stories of abuse, abortion, and identity with deep dives into constitutional rights to create a powerful, funny, and thought-provoking look at American identity, justice, and who the document truly serves, making for an urgent, emotional, and entertaining civic conversation.

All rehearsals and performances are held at Vanguard Theater, conveniently located just a 30-minute train ride from NYC to Bay Street station in Montclair, NJ. From there, it's just a two-minute walk to the theater.
