STORYTELLING THROUGH DANCE with LAMDA's Head of Dance, Gregory Haney
March 5-6, 2026 from 6:30pm - 9:00pm
Course Level: Professional / Age Requirement: 18+

The class will comprise floor technique, followed by choreography, culminating in character into choreography. You'll come away with tools and techniques to bring a character to life through dance. This class is suitable for all actors, dancers and performers with baseline choreo pick-up ability. Gregory Haney is an accomplished actor, choreographer and movement director with extensive background on Broadway, the West End, and in film, TV and music videos. This course is geared for professional dancers, actors and performers. Whilst participants do not need to specialise in dance, this class does require baseline choreography retention. LAMDA NY Short Courses are presented in partnership with American Friends of LAMDA (AFLAMDA).

BRITISH ACCENTS with LAMDA NY Voice Instructor, Atticus Orsborn
April 25-26, 2026 from 10:00am - 5:30pm
Course Level: Professional / Age Requirement: 21+

This in-depth weekend course is an invaluable opportunity to spend some deep and dedicated time working on your British accent(s). Designed for professional working actors, you’ll be guided through the technical aspects of creating a British accent, before moving on to discovering how to sit in and embody the accent as your own. You’ll be encouraged to find truth, connection and ease over perfection and impersonation, and you’ll finish up the weekend with a reliable British accent(s) you can be confident in.

LAMDA is a truly global drama school, having been ranked 6th by the Hollywood Reporter in its list of the best drama schools in the world. Since its inception in 1861, LAMDA has offered exceptional vocational training to actors, stage managers, technicians, directors and designers, regardless of their background or economic circumstances. With many of our alumni being from the USA and going on to consistently work across Broadway, Off-Broadway, and film and television, New York City was a natural fit for the home of our first international studio.
