DESCRIPTION
Broadway Beginnings is seeking a dynamic, engaging theatre professional to help lead our Summer Camp (June 1–5) and continue with us as a Lead Instructor and/or Substitute Teacher throughout the year in Lakeland, FL.

Responsibilities-
Summer Camp (June 1–5):
Co-lead daily musical theatre camp programming (acting, dance, and voice)
Help create a fun, structured, and inclusive rehearsal environment
Collaborate with faculty on lesson planning and student engagement
Support students in rehearsal and performance preparation
Ongoing Role:
Lead or assist weekly classes in acting, musical theatre, and/or dance
Serve as a substitute instructor as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented teaching environment
Support student growth in both skill and confidence
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Musical Theatre, or related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
Experience teaching or working with young performers (ages vary)
Strong background in at least one area: acting, voice, or dance
Energetic, reliable, and collaborative
Passion for arts education and student wellness
Local to central Florida

Compensation:
Competitive hourly or weekly pay based on experience ($25-50/hour)
