Please note: This is not the ballet! The World of Nutcracker is an all-new live, indoor and outdoor immersive experience that will allow audiences to interact the iconic holiday story and tradition of The Nutcracker in three distinct ways: through digital immersive technology, in a live theatrical performance and in a sensory journey through taste, smell and sound. This all-new immersive event will run Nov 30 - Jan 3 in Miami. All talent must have local housing for the duration of the contract. Please do not submit if you do not have local housing. Director: Brett Smock. Book: Eric Ulloa. Seeking the following performers: Storyteller #1: Female character, 20s. To play Marie and others. Athletic, graceful, commanding presence with sharp comedic and physical comedy skills. High energy, quick witted, good with audiences and improv. Song and dance experience a plus but not required. Charismatic and collaborative team player. Storyteller #2: Female character, 25-45. To play Sugar Plum Fairy and others. Athletic, agile, commanding presence. Adept with physical work, improv and comedy. Charismatic and collaborative team player. Storyteller #3: Male character, 25-50. To play Herr Drosselmeyer and others. Seeking actors adept aat physical comedy, strong storytelling, captivating with audiences and experience with basic magic or tricks. Charismatic and collaborative team player. Storyteller #4: Male character, 20s. To play Fritz, The Nutcracker and others. Physically agile and athletic. Song and dance experience a plus but not required. Energetic, commanding actor with skills in improv and physical comedy. Charismatic and collaborative team player.
