Founded in 2002, The PIT (Peoples Improv Theater) is an improv comedy theater and school located in the heart of Chelsea. The PIT hosts comedy shows and classes (improv, sketch comedy, stand-up, and more!) every night of the week.

We are currently seeking to fill an open role in our Classes Department.

Responsibilities:

- Serving as the registrar for all classes: Scheduling with Teachers, interfacing with students, building/overseeing classes on Salesforce.

- Act as customer service for all classes-related inquiries, able to sell and promote programming effectively.

- Work with Assistant General Manager/Marketing Associate to curate Classes promotion/marketing on Instagram.

- Daily upkeep of Website, Upcoming Classes Reporting, Google Calendar

- Report payroll hours for all teachers.

- Financial Reporting for all Classes Programming.

- Oversee Scholarship processes on a Trimesterly basis.

Ideal candidates will have administrative experience, ideally in a Theater/Education space. Experience with Canva, Salesforce, Google Suites, Wordpress, is a plus.

20 hours/week, Monday - Friday (opportunity for more hours for the right candidate)

$17/hour (room to grow for the right candidate)
